Hi. I’m the mom of 4 girls. Life Partner to my very supportive hunk. Eldest of 3 younger sisters. Daughter of teen parents. And I’m the founder of Empower Washers.

Two years ago, a merger eliminated my communications team. At the time of the announcement, I was a few days post-baby #4. I took a pause in my career to stay home with my small humans and support my partner’s hectic work travel.

Earlier this year, I was prepared to “go back.” Then. COVID. Woof. With 4 kids, the thought of juggling all the things and school. Hard pass.

I spent time reflecting on my career. I started a list of what I wish I knew earlier in my career - that I didn’t learn until my mid-30s. The power of mentorship. Confidence. Imposter Syndrome. My female-tribe. Salary negotiation. Taking action. On and on.

My girls. It’s how it all started. My purpose. I wanted to give them the tools to demolish any barriers in their way.

How could I extend those tools to lift up other women, too?

I am on a mission to support the women in our community. Pay a living wage. Learn soft skills in biz and how to apply them. And do it through hard work - together as a team.

Surrounded by my incredibly supportive baby daddy and my mom-tribe of friends and sister - Empower Washers was born.
